Q: What quality are the boxes supplied by Way2Go boxes?

A: We take a lot of pride in providing high quality products at competitive prices and are professional movers grade, certified and reinforced 2 ply double walled. Quality and durability of our range is key and our boxes are trusted and used by Professional removal companies. Our boxes are white in colour allowing easy visibility for content listing.  

Q: How do I order?

A: Once you have found the right product or products, simply update your chosen quantity in the 'quantity required' box and select 'add to cart'. This will automatically take you to your virtual 'shopping basket'.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept most major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. 

Q: What happens after I have placed an order?

A: Once you have placed an order and payment has been authorised you will automatically receive an email confirming your details. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive another email clarifying your order details and giving you a unique tracking order. Your paid invoice will also be included in the email. 

Q. Can I reuse my removal products?

A. Yes of course. As our products are very high quality most are designed to be used at least 4 or 5 times (depending on how heavy usage there are). Just take the tape off, flat pack and store. 

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: There is no minimum order as such; most of our products are sold individually so you can for example order 1 roll of tape. 

Q: What if I want to return items?

A: Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong boxes or packing accessories or are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition (i.e. they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us. If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 14 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged.

A: We endeavour to offer a wide spectrum of removal products. If however you do not find what you are looking for please contact us.

Q: Can I collect my order?

A: You are welcome to collect your boxes and packing material from our shop, however you must contact us to arrange this prior to arrival.
